No More Sleepless Nights
Hauri, Peter, Ph.D.; Linde, Shirley, Ph.D., John Wiley & Sons, NY 1990A classic in helping people with insomnia problems. It is the most well known book in it's class.

Nightmare Help
By Anne Sayre-Wiseman 128 pages (February 1990), Ten Speed Pr; ISBN: 0898152925This is one of the best kid-oriented books on Nightmares I've seen. It's got great ideas for helping kids help themselves, and Anne Sayre-Wiseman's drawings make the whole thing fun.

It is expensive. There is a CD ROM version available from the publisher.
