Asthma sufferers often have significant troubles with sleep because attacks can occur during sleep and so there is both real danger and fear of possible danger that hinders sleep. Often times asthma sufferers will sleep on an incline to help keep their heads up.

 

28) Do you have an allergy, congested nose, or coughing that bothers you at night?

1) No
2) Yes

Any breathing difficulty hampers sleep. While a rare bout with a cold or a cough usually won't worry a person too much, chronic congestion or allergies can significantly disrupt sleep. Chances are, if you've answered Yes to this, you've also had help from a physician, which is recommended. Another option is to investigate Oriental Medicine or other Alternative care for treatment alternatives.
